Dr Gladys Ngetich is a multi-talented individual; a consultant, an author, an engineer, a startup founder, a podcaster, and a motivational speaker. She currently works as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, BCG based in the Boston office, USA.  

 

Gladys has received many notable awards and recognitions, including RMB Africa’s Fearless Thinker, UK Rare Rising Star, the International Astronautical Federation IAF Emerging Space Leader Award, Kenya's Top 40 Under 40 Women, and features in Nature and BBC Science News.

To inspire others to dream big and unleash their full potential, Gladys has published three books (Awaken Your Potential, The PhD Journey, and The Bold Dream) and hosts the GN Inspire Podcast.
